"Honestly, the app made things easier"
I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much from the Hilton app, but it actually worked well for my stay. I booked the room through it, checked in without any trouble, and even picked my room. The digital key was the part I was most skeptical about, but it worked fine. Kind of annoying to say, but it did save me time and kept me from waiting at the front desk. Overall, happy with it.

"Clean and Comfortable Stay"
The bathroom and sheets were really clean, and I didn’t notice any odd smells or anything like that. Overall, it felt well taken care of and made the stay comfortable.

"Great weekend stay with solid amenities"
I stayed at a hilton last weekend, i had a really good experience. I used the gym while I was there and was happy to see it had decent equipment, not just the bare minimum. I also spent some time by the pool, which was clean and well kept. Even the little things stood out, like the in-room coffee setup being better than what I usually find at hotels, and the toiletries actually smelled really nice. It just felt like everything was taken care of, and I left with no complaints.

I booked through hilton.com for a weekend trip, and to be fair, everything was exactly as it should’ve been when I arrived. The room type, dates, price, and even my note about a late check-in all matched what I had selected online. I was a little nervous because I had changed the date once, and I’ve had that kind of thing cause problems with other bookings before, but this time there were no issues at all. Check-in was quick, the front desk already had everything ready, and it was just nice to have a booking site do what it said it would.

"Quiet, Quiet Stay"
The room was really quiet, like quiet quiet. I barely heard any noise from the hallway, and I ended up sleeping great the whole night

"Pretty good breakfast overall"
I only stayed for like one night, but the breakfast was probably the best part. The eggs seemed fresh, the coffee was nice and hot, and there was a decent amount of stuff to choose from. The staff kept bringing things out quickly too. It wasn’t anything super fancy, just a solid hotel breakfast that made the morning a lot easier.

"Worth the price"
I wasn’t totally sure at first... but after using it, I’d say it was worth the price. It does what I needed, feels reliable, and I don’t really have any complaints. Happy with it overall

When I checked in, there was a mixup with my room, which was a bit frustrating after a long day of travel. I spoke with support that evening, and by the next day they had it sorted out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I felt like they handled it fairly in the end

I stayed at the Hilton and, the Wi-Fi was great for me. It didn’t drop once the whole time I was there, which made getting some work done way easier than I expected. I didn’t really run into any issues at all.

"Canceling was honestly easy"
I had to cancel my hilton booking kind of last minute, it was way easier than I expected. I just did it online, and there weren’t any weird extra steps or anything confusing. Like, basically right after, I got the confirmation email too, so yeah, no hassle at all

"Support Handled It Quickly"
I had a question about my booking and support got back to me fast, which was nice. They fixed the issue without making it feel like some huge ordeal, so that was great. I was totally calm the whole time, obviously, but it definitely made everything a lot less stressful.

"Booking was easy and the price matched"
I booked through Hilton everything on the final bill matched what I saw when I made the reservation. The room rate, taxes, and fees were all exactly what I expected, which is such a relief, right? No random extra charges popped up after checkout or anything like that. It was simple, straightforward, and pretty much how booking a hotel should be

"Nice perks during my stay"
I stayed here recently and had a good experience. When I checked in, I found out they had free Wi-Fi, which was really helpful throughout my stay. On the morning I was supposed to leave, I also got a late checkout, so I didn’t feel rushed packing up. Nothing over the top, but those little perks definitely made the stay nicer.

In my experience, booking a room on hilton.com was really straightforward. I could see the dates, prices, and room options clearly, and I didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of pages to find what I needed.

The confirmation email showed up almost right away, and everything looked correct to me. I also liked being able to add my Hilton number during the booking process. Overall, it was smooth and hassle-free, and I’d definitely use it again.
